These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the Temmen Insurance text messaging program operated by Temmen Insurance Inc. (“Temmen Insurance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
The Temmen Insurance customer care text messaging program sends non-marketing text messages about your inquiry, appointments (scheduling, confirmations, and reminders), and service updates related to your insurance questions or policy.
How to Opt In
You can opt in by entering your mobile number on our website contact form at temmeninsurance.com/contact-us (https://temmeninsurance.com/contact-us/) and checking the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting the form or of buying any product or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received messages, or reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. To rejoin, opt in again through our website form or reply START.

Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided.
Privacy
